That said, there are beneficial elements within Japanese culture, especially certain practices, that play a role in promoting the health and long life expectancy of its people.

On the other hand, certain elements of Japanese culture, especially specific habits, play a significant role in promoting the health and long lives of its people.

I’ve incorporated these habits into my routine, and I have to say, the difference is incredible! They're simple to follow and truly add a touch of sunshine to each day.

Let me share with you seven healthy Japanese habits that come to mind.
