SLEEPING RHYTHM
There's one trick that can help you wake up feeling refreshed every morning. Although many have likely mentioned it before, it might not have seemed effective or enjoyable.
So you decide against it. You opt to maintain your current sleep routines that leave you waking up feeling like a zombie. You'd prefer a lifetime of sleep deprivation over committing to a single habit.
It’s incredibly simple, but staying consistent is key. If you decide to keep reading, make a promise to yourself that you'll put this secret into action.
The secret is…
Maintaining a regular sleep schedule. I know, yet another person saying it...
You just need to go to bed and get up at the same times every day. It’s both simple and challenging. After a week, you won’t feel groggy in the morning anymore.
Unfortunately, a week feels too lengthy for many individuals. As a result, they opt to sleep in on weekends and stay up later at night.
Those choices are why you feel exhausted for the remainder of the week.
Let me repeat that:
Feeling fatigued during the week might be linked to your habit of sleeping in and staying in bed longer on weekends.
The reason you feel exhausted throughout the week is likely because you slept in and for longer hours over the weekends.
It doesn't reduce your fatigue. In fact, irregular sleep patterns actually increase your tiredness.
What’s holding you back? Which imaginary obstacles are surfacing in your mind at this moment?

Maybe you like hanging out with friends on weekends, or maybe early mornings just aren't your thing.
No matter what, just ignore them. Maintain a steady sleep schedule for 30 days. After that, you can let me know if sacrificing a whole week of feeling sleepy just for some fun with friends on a Friday night was really worth it.
